Second district office expands Finch’s focus on public outreach

Assemblyman Gary D. Finch (R,C-Springport) will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open his new district office in Owego on Thursday, March 9.  This will be Finch’s second district office and part of his ongoing commitment to being accessible and making services available to constituents across the 123rd Assembly District.
