     Assemblyman Gary Finch (R) will be holding an emergency mobile office on Monday, July 3 at 1 p.m. on Front St. in Owego. The assemblyman will be available to assist residents with applying for flood relief and other assistance. He will be traveling to flooded areas throughout the week. Media will be contacted with specific locations for each daily emergency mobile office.
