     Assemblyman Gary D. Finch (R,C –Springport) is calling on the remaining eligible 13,000 plus Central New York residents to apply for their Middle Class Star rebate. Finch noted that the Middle Class STAR filing deadline is December 31 and that date is fast approaching. 

     “With the holiday season upon us, I can see how so many could forget to file, though I encourage people not to let this opportunity slip by,” said Finch.  “I want to make sure those residents in the 123^rd Assembly District get their money, but that will not happen unless they file for their rebate immediately.  My office is available and willing to help if you need assistance or have not received your rebate.”

     Assemblyman Finch noted that his office has already helped dozens of homeowners successfully file their paper work and track down overdue rebate checks.  For assistance, residents are encouraged to call his district office at (315) 255-3045.
